Last updated October 11, 2026. These are the rules for using Triviot, in plain language. By playing or creating an account you agree to them.
Triviot is a free trivia game. You can play as a guest or with an account. We may add, change or remove features, questions, scores and rewards (like XP, levels and badges) at any time. They have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.
We try hard to get every question right, but questions and answers can contain mistakes. Report a wrong question with the flag button and we'll look at it.
You need to be at least 13 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile (see how to delete your account).
Display names, photos, group names, challenge messages and anything else you put into Triviot must not be offensive. We do not tolerate:
You can report a player from a leaderboard, a group or a challenge, and block them so they disappear from your boards and groups and can't challenge you. We review reports, and we filter offensive names automatically. When content breaks these rules we remove it, and we may rename, suspend or delete the account responsible, without warning. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.
Don't cheat: no bots, scripts, looking up answers with automated tools, multiple accounts to boost scores, or exploiting bugs. We may remove scores or accounts that break this rule. If you find a bug, please tell us instead.
You keep any rights you have in what you submit (for example a profile photo or feedback). You let us store and show it inside Triviot so the game works, and use your feedback to improve the game.
Some questions come from the Open Trivia Database under CC BY-SA 4.0 (see About). The rest of Triviot, including its design and code, belongs to us.
Our privacy policy explains what we keep about you and for how long.
Triviot is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for more than what you paid us (which, for a free game, is nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
You can stop using Triviot and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or stop running Triviot, with notice where we reasonably can.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way we'll update the date above and, for big changes, tell you in the app. Questions? Visit Support or email admin@triviot.com.
If you downloaded Triviot from Apple's App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple's standard end-user licence terms also apply.
